Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-The organization's human resources by planning,implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. -Maintains HR Policies and rules.Perform continues improvement on the policy based on employee feedback and business needs. -Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures. -Follow up in enforcing HR policies and study on effectiveness. -Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. -Maintains organization staff by establishing process for recruiting, and interviewing programs; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. -Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. -Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures. -Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. -Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. -Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. -Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. -Assess training needs to apply and monitor ISO training programs.


Requirements

-At least (5-10) years in related HR field. -Experience in Compensation & Benefit is preferred. -Must be Computer Skill and Finger Print Software System and ISO Procedure Running. -Ability for English Language is preferred. -Interpersonal and Communication Skills.

- Age Between - 30 to 50
