Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Design, develop, and implement tailored training programs for retail stores team -Create training materials and deliver engaging sessions -Educate on sales techniques, beauty product knowledge, and customer engagement -Provide onboarding for new hires and maintain materials -Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback -Continuously update training materials and methodologies to reflect changes in products, processes, and market trend -Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your own knowledge and skills in training and development

Requirements

-Sales training experience, preferably in retail or FMCG. -Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and retail operations. -Excellent presentation and communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Beauty product knowledge is a plus. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in retail environment, Working Hours and Conditions -Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) -Travel to multiple retail locations outside Yangon may be necessary for training delivery and support -Join our team and contribute to the success of our organization, -Report to-Training Manager

- Age Between - 22 to 35

Qualifications / Certificates

-Bachelor's degree and business administration diploma.
