Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Develop trade marketing plan, marketing strategy, and customer engagement activities including the development of point of sales (POS) materials and promotions -Supervise day-to-day operations and increases marketing effectiveness by identifying long-term and short-term goals. -Working closely with Sales and Marketing staff, Regional Marketing & R&D Team to develop marketing campaigns and strategies, overall sales & revenue targets, and regional/ local trade marketing and promote sales. -Good manage supplier relationships and high level of customer service. -Compare and report the effectiveness of the marketing communications activities and competitor activities. -Measure team performance KPI, and coordinate between internal teams. -Audit for stock availability and visibilities in the market, trade marketing activities and events -Building rapport with customers, vendors and outlets to monitor brand performance.


Requirements

-At least more than three to five years of relevant experience with trade marketing and customer engagement. -Strong knowledge of the automobile industry. -Excellent Computer Skills - MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint -Good personality and communication skills, project management skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills. -Ability to work under pressure and respect for and ability to work with teams -Must have a valid driving license and must be able to travel in Mandalay and Upper Myanmar Areas professionally -Benefits -Uniforms

Qualifications / Certificates

-Any graduate. (More prefer a Degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related field.)
