Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure that scheduling and publishing promotional contents, visuals and messaging contents on various social media & digital platforms according to the content calendar. -Work with the Marketing Calendar and Partnership Team to ensure that promotions and Ads are aligned with marketing initiatives and co-branding partnerships. - Coordinate in crafting compelling copy and visuals for promotions and advertising efforts to resonate with the target audience and encourage conversions across social media, digital platforms and physical stores. - Collaborate with the e-commerce team to plan & execute promotional and Ads campaigns directly on the company's website and app. -Coordinating in creation and rollouts of banners, pop-ups and promotional landing pages. -Keep an eye on social media accounts, social groups or communities for any mentions of the brand and overall sentiments. -Monitor and track comments, messages, mentions and engage with followers in a timely and relevant manner. -Track and report on social media engagement metrics, such as likes, shares, comments and followers. -Keeping up to date with policies of each platform to ensure compliance and follow best practices and guidelines. - Monitor and respond to online reviews across different platforms. -Maintain a positive online reputation by addressing customer inquiries, concerns and feedback professionally.


Requirements

-Experiences in understanding & managing social media platforms for a brand or organization. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities and being up-to-date with their policies.algorithm changes, best practices and compliances. - Executing successful digital marketing campaigns and coordinating with various teams and agencies. - Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools - Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms. - Creative thinking to develop engaging responses and interactions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Customer-focused with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively -Competitive salary package. -Ferry provided (Pick up Point). -Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon to fri) & 8:00 AM 1:00 PM (Sat) -Holidays: Saturday (Half Off, Sunday and Public Holidays

Qualifications / Certificates

-Any graduated, Diploma or Certificate in Digital Marketing, more preferable MBA in Marketing.
