Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Manage and ensure smooth store operations of assigned store/s. -Ensure store standards, product safety, and customer service is according to company requirements. -Ensure that all company policies, procedures, and controls are implemented and enforced to all team members. -Check and execute initiatives and promotions at all stores assigned on time. -Resolve operations issues and take care about stock damage, variance and lost. -Assists Area Manager in ensuring compliance in all areas of customer service, store operations, and loss prevention. -Provide training and development by giving constructive guidance to team members. -Attend and participate in required meetings and company events. -Provide and compile store data for the weekly updates. -Responsible for taking care of sales and stocks of the company at the location they are assigned.

Requirements

-At least 2 years experiences in retail industry. -Customer service orientation, good computer skill and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work under pressure -Off: Sunday Off, Public Holidays.

- Age Between - 28 to 35

Qualifications / Certificates

-Any graduated or more prefer related Diploma or Certificated.
