Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, P&L, BS forecasting, budgeting etc. • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations • Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash Flow management reporting to Director • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis. • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up • Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with Management • Managing and coordinating Finance Team and ensuring all the financial matters are according to the specified financial policies, procedures and practices • Making financial policies including creating necessary forms, monitoring cash flows, analyzing the financial conditions and managing closely all the financial transactions of ATI • Managing and ensuring all the receivables from customers are following up timely by finance department • Managing and ensuring all the necessary invoices are submitted timely to customers and coordinating with related operations to ensure the time of payment request to customers • Making presentation and training programs for all staff to understand and respect the ATI financial policies and procedures • Preparing monthly and annual budget plan and benchmarking and/or checking the submitted estimated expenses for all necessary projects of ATI and allocating budget according to their level of priorities • Developing and constantly following up an action plan to prevent the corruptions • Managing closely data entry and data management of financial matters in order to get realistic and trusted financial database • Submitting monthly financial reports and other necessary reports to General Manager and BOD of ATI • Preparing and submitting the necessary audit reports timely to the Government • Developing action plans for preparation of yearly financial auditing process and communicating with auditors for yearly financial audit reports • Coordinating and discussing the financial budget preparation and review process with other departments’ head to reduce the gap between the financial budget and the real expense • Reporting timely the differences between financial budget and real expense • Developing and managing ATI’s inventory and assets control plan and ensuring all the ATI’s assets are registered with each particular codes numbers at the master list of Finance Department • Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor • Age between 35 to 40


Requirements

• PC proficiency is essential General office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite and have experience the accounting software. • Strong financial analysis and presentation skills, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills. • Preferred English & Myanmar Language speaking in which communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. • Work independently and able to maintain confidentially • Strong negotiating skills and extensive knowledge of Myanmar’s taxation system • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred. • At least 5 years and above of work experience • At Least 35 years and above"
